1. Employees are not being protected against contracting/spreading COVID-19 in that the employer is not following occupancy rules, not enforcing the use of face coverings, and not enforcing social distancing. 2. The fire exits on the pool table side of the restaurant are locked. 3. The back door allows water to come in when there is a heavy rain storm, which causes the entire floor to be flooded. The employer does not clean the water quickly and does not have functioning wet floor signs to protect employees/patrons from slipping.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 5
