1. Hand washing for 20 sec still not enforced, along with other personal hygiene protocols 2. Partial janitorial staff. Mold/mildew around two sinks indicating not being cleaned and indicates COVID19 deep cleaning not being conducted. 3. A month ago had one case of COVID19, this past week we had four more confirmed positive - one in hospital in coma. Someone from HR personally took her to get tested/hospital and that HR woman is back at work. Shouldn't she be isolated? No shut down or deep cleaning. 4. Floors are slippery and booties not provided nor are slip resistant shoes.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 50
