1. Frequently touched surfaces are not cleaned throughout the shifts. Deep cleaning is done with vinegar and water instead of a disinfectant that kills COVID-19. 2. Self-quarantine for individuals whom came in contact with a positive coworker is not consistent throughout the plant. Second shift was allowed to work after a first shift employee tested positive without cleaning taking place. Employees who had direct contact with a positive employee were allowed to work for 2 hours before going home.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 150
