1. Covid 19 spread measures are posted everywhere but not enforced by management. 2. Employees are exposed to struck by and puncture hazards due to skids with nails protruding from the wood. 3. The employer has not implemented good infection control housekeeping practices of regularly cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, equipment, and other elements of the work environment.
