T8CCR 3203(a) - The company is not communicating the COVID-19 positive cases to the employees in all departments even though the COVID-19 positive employee come into contact with other employees in every department. Employer tested everyone in manufacturing department but not the rest of the company. They are not paying for any COVID-19 testing for employees that are not in manufacturing but want to get tested. An employee had to pay out of pocket to get testing on their own. T8CCR 3203(a) - Employer is not sanitizing any part of the workplace after COVID-19 positive case. T8CCR 3203(a) - Temperature checks for COVID-19 screening are done at random. T8CCR 3203(a) - There is no safety training for employees. T8CCR 3220(d) - There is no emergency evacuation route posted for lab employees. T8CCR 3212(e) - Employer has not completed the installation of rails on the roof around the sky lights.Alleged Hazards: 6, Employees Exposed: 1
