1) Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that the employer has not implemented precautions such as but not limited to social distancing, PPE or training workers about the hazards of COVID-19. It was also reported that a employee tested positive for COVID-19 and that other employees were not informed of this positive case, that facial coverings are not enforced while working in close proximity to others and that the office is not frequently sanitized. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act, 29 CFR 1910.132, and 29 CFR 1910.134Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 30
