Per the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Governor Walz's Executive Order 20-81; 1. The employer does not ensure or enforce that all employees wear face coverings. 2. The employer does not enforce that employees that do wear face coverings wear them properly, i.e. covering the nose and mouth. 3. The employer does not ensure or enforce social distancing with employees and students alike, i.e. classrooms, employee training sessions, etc. 4.
