1. There are many COVID protocols that are not enforced and rarely implemented on a daily basis. This is particularly concerning given that many guests that shop at this retail establishment come from other states, including Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, etc. For example, social distancing of 6 feet is not enforced for employees or guests. There is no one in management doing daily wellness checks (temperature, questionnaire) of employees when arriving for the day and while there is a cleaning log present, it is rarely used. Upper management, including the VP of Operations, travels from Vegas and Chicago and enters the establishment to talk with employees without receiving his test results back.
