1. The employer is allowing people in with no masks and are not enforcing customers and employees to wear it correctly. In a weekly board meeting the official rule is we don't enforce mask wearing with customers because we want the sale. 2. At times there are no sanitized carts. 3. Click list carts are super unsafe; they just put totes on top of carts that are designed to hold them. Random screws in some metal are used to try and hold it and you can barely pull these carts because they are designed to be pushed.
