1. On all shifts at this particular UPS facility, mask wearing is not enforced. Supervisory staff will not wear masks on the AM shift and improper mask usage is common where masks are worn. Employer is aware of the issue as they discussed mask wearing at pre-work meetings after the Livonia center was issued a fine for similar problems.
