1. Company is not conducting a daily entry screening. People are allowed to enter the facility before filling out questionnaire or temperature check. The company did install a thermal temp at the clock, but many do not use. 2. No dedicated entry points. Two (2) time clocks. Some go into locker room before filling out questionnaire or temperature. 3. No direction on who to report to if having symptoms or being exposed. 4. Questionnaire tells you to call a person or persons who are not even at the facility for the day. 5. Sanitizing products or evening questionnaires are not available at entry, They are brought in several hours after employees have been in facility. 6. No protocol to report unsafe working conditions.
