1. Company is not cleaning bathrooms and high traffic areas every two (2) hours as they claim. 2. They do not have employees or management wearing a mask or a face shield. 3. Employees are not following social distancing. 4. No one is enforcing the use of personal protective equipment. Employees are to wear a mask or a face shield if they cannot wear the surgical mask, but there are dozens of employees not wearing either. 5. There have been cases of COVID-19 in our workplace and still, there are very few employees following the UPS and state mandated use of personal protective equipment.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-08-25
