1. No deep disinfecting cleaning company has come to disinfect despite possible exposures in the office. No emails indicating that a professional cleaner has come to the firm had been received. 2. The 2-page COVID-19 preparedness and response plan is inconsistent with recommendations in Guidance on Preparing Workplaces for COVID-19. 3. Minimal protocols that are set forth in the plan are not followed and/or enforced such as mask enforcement and not sending employees home who have a fever. 4. Remote work is not promoted, which is inconsistent with the executive orders. 5. Despite exhibiting principal symptoms consistent with COVID-19, employee was required to come to work against doctor's recommendations, CDC guidelines and Michigan Executive Orders and was retaliated against. 6. Employees were never provided any COVID-19 training. 7. No signage that encourages staying home when sick, cough/sneeze etiquette or proper hand hygiene. 8. The receptionists at the front desk are not six feet apart and do not wear face coverings. 9. There are no ground markings in the Annex or in the main building. 10. The cleaning protocols seem inadequate as the cleaning usually takes around 10 minutes per session and does not include employee' workstations. It does not seem like special attention is being given to things like shared equipment. 11. Non-essential travel is not restricted. 12. There is only one entry point for both Annex and Main Building when there should be more. 13. There is no rotational schedule as all employees are required to work in the office at all times. 14. Attorney meetings have been held in the mock trial room instead of using a video conferencing platform. 15. Cleaning employee workstations is not enforced and there were no cleaning supplies. 16.
