There have been no proper guidelines or policies enacted by the employer, and even flat out refusal to enact anything for the safety of the customers and employees as follows: 1. The employer has not provided a Preparedness and Response plan as indicated in the MIOSHA fact sheet. 2. For either customers or employees, the employer has not enforced social distancing or the use of masks. 3. There has been no monitoring of persons entering/exiting the establishment, nor a system for regular/daily checks of employee health status.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
