1. They have up to 20 employees working in a small office and they are not following social distancing guidelines. 2. They have nurses conducting home care for the elderly and then reporting back to the office. State and CMS have instructed home care agencies to allow non-essential employees to work from home and they will not allow it. Staff are afraid of being exposed to the COVID-19 virus and scared to lose their jobs if they speak up.
