1. Ninety percent of our customers are shut down, yet we still are producing parts that cannot ship or ship and sit on a dock. 2. Many have signed up for voluntary lay-off, but very few have gotten it. 3. Employees work side by side, no 6-foot distancing. 4. Temperatures are taken upon entering the facility but the thermometers do not function. 5. We do not have face masks available. 6. Our disposable gloves are gone. 7.
