Aisin is not following the goveners mask mandate put into place July 27, 2020. Employees are unable being a factory to stay 6 feet apart which is why the mask are needed. There have been numerous covid 19 cases in the facility in the last couple months since they started back to work after the state shutdown. The mask are needed for everyone's safety from this virus. Employees are usually walking around and several of them are within a foot of one another. Employees are extremely concerned for the safety of everyone around them. There is no possible way to social distance at this place of employment due to the fast pace nature of the work being done.
