On Oct 9, 2020 an employee tested COVID+. The CDC guidelines have not been followed 1. Social distancing is not occurring; 2. Cleaning and disinfecting this employee's work areas has not happened; 3. There has been a shortage of cleaning and disinfecting supplies to prevent COVID spread (including hand sanitizers and cleaning wipes).; 4. Employees do not clean the facility.
