1. The companies COVID-19 Policy does not follow the CDC's guidelines. Specifically, the company does not follow quarantine guidelines, social distancing guidelines. 2. The employer does not perform adequate contact tracing for employees testing positive to COVID-19. If you are a close contact, but are asymptomatic, you are required to be back in the office, despite the ability to effectively telecommute. 3. The company does not require the wearing of face masks indoors, specifically when working at their cube. 4. Employees are not separated by six (6) feet between their cubes and the room is not adequately ventilated. 5. The company continues to host large group gatherings for non-essential recreational functions.
