1. The outside testing area does not protect the workers from the elements, in that they have to stand outside when it is raining with no overhead protection or proper rain gear. Workers have become ill due to working in these outdoor conditions. 2. There is an infestation of pests, i.e. bees, wasps, mosquitos, and spiders, in the outside testing area. Workers have been stung or bitten by these pests and the employer has not controlled or removed these hazards from the area.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 2
