The employer is not implementing adequate safety practices to protect its employees from the spread of SARS-CoV-2 such as, but not limited to: 1. Screening employee and visitor temperature and assessing symptoms prior to starting work. 2. Providing face masks to all employees and visitors for use while at work and enforcing their correct use. 3. Increasing air exchange in the buildings. 4. Increasing the frequency of cleaning commonly touched surfaces such as vending machines, breakroom appliances, door handles, etc. 5. Notifying employees when they may have been exposed to COVID-19 in the workplace, but maintaining confidentiality as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). 6. Socially distancing those jobs that are practicable. 7. Placing barriers (curtains, plexiglass, etc.) between those workstations that are closest and cannot be spread apart.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-09-22
