1. The employer does not have a COVID-19 plan that contains adequate procedures for contact tracing and timely communication of confirmed cases in the workplace. 2. Employees are concerned with exposure to COVID-19 on Line #6 due to the employer's failure to disinfect the line. 3. There have been approximately 300 cases of COVID-19 in the workplace.
