1. There are concerns about the multiple numbers of positive Covid-19 cases reported in the office and that employees are still required to come in to work. 2. The employer is not enforcing the wearing and/or proper wearing of face masks. 3. The employer is not informing employees of positive Covid-19 cases. 4. The employer is not cleaning and sanitizing work areas of an employee who tested positive. 5.
