1. Employees are exposed to silica, fiber and fly ash in that personal protective equipment such as dust masks are not provided. 2. Employees are exposed to chemical burns (acid) to the skin while washing down ready mix trucks in that personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves are not provided. 3. Employees are exposed to eye injuries from working with strong acids in that an eye wash station is not available. 4. Employees are exposed to COVID-19 while waiting in the office for their assignment in that face coverings are not provided and that social distancing is not observed as recommended by the Center of Disease Control.
