Employees are exposed to health hazards from the COVID-19 virus in that the employer does not enforce the requirement that employees wear masks per CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) guidelines. 2. Employees are exposed to health hazards related to the employer not informing them of when other employees have tested positive for COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) within the facility as in accordance to CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) guidelines. 3. Employees are exposed to health hazards from the COVID-19 virus in that the employer does not sanitize the facility regularly per CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) guidelines. 4. Employees are exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19 in that the employer does not screen visitors / employees for symptoms of the virus per CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) guidelines.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 100
