1- There is no social distancing (at least 6') required by the Executive Order and the Protocol of Covid-19. Currently 100% of employees work in the establishment without the employer having taken measures to avoid agglomeration. 2- The employer does not provide cleaning or disinfection materials, nor does it provide safety materials such as disposable masks among others. They also do not properly clean and disinfect. 3- The bathroom available in the establishment is used by employees of the different agencies who use the facilities, and they are not properly cleaned. Hazard: Risk of infection of SARS-CoV-2 virus due to the COVID Pandemic 19.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 38
