1-Employee proved positive at Covid-19 and the employer has not taken security measures to protect the other employees who continue to work on site and who were in contact with that employee. In breach of the Covid Protocol 19. 2- Between 1:00pm and 3:30pm there are 500 employees in the facilities causing a large crowding in the establishment, causing social distancing not to have. 3- Cleaning of production areas is done weekly. 4- Sewing machines are not 6 feet away when only provide alcohol and a napkin for disinfecting.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 500
