1. Nebulizer treatments are administered to COVID-19 patients in isolation rooms that are not under negative pressure. In lieu of using a negative air filtration system, the process of cleaning these rooms consists of using an "air washer" that may not include HEPA filtration, cleaning of surfaces with a disinfecting chemical, and leaving the room unoccupied for an hour. 2. Employees who work in the CHAM ED are not provided the N95 respirators for which they have been fit tested.
