1) The employer does not inform staff of individuals testing positive for COVID-19. 2) The employer has inadequate supplies of hand soap and/or hand sanitizer available for use. 3) The facility is not kept in a sanitary condition and improper cleaning supplies are used to disinfect surfaces of coronavirus. 4) Social distancing measures are not utilized throughout the facility including during in-person interviews in the printer room. 5) The facility has inadequate ventilation to prevent the spread of coronavirus. 6) Individuals including staff are not screened for coronavirus symptoms upon entry into the facility

I purchased some outside folding chairs on 4/4 and haven't heard anything. The name listed above was not the name I was ordering from on the internet, just where the confirmation of the order came from.
