1)Employees are exposed to high levels of Carbon Monoxide in the facility from gas powered equipment being used by other trades and the alarms not working properly. Employees are developing health effects, such as, headaches, nausea, dizziness and trouble breathing. 2)Employees are exposed to COVID 19 due to restroom facilities not being cleaned and disinfected regularly. 3)Employees are exposed to Silica due to sanding of concrete in the facility. The vacuums in place for dust control are not working. 4)Employees are exposed to lead based paint in the facility due to improper ventilation when applying the paint.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 10
