Complaint 1. Bailer machine leaking hydraulic fluid all over machine and surrounding area of bailer, creating slip and fall hazards. Supervisor notified and has not corrected. Complaint 2. HAZMAT bottles not labeled. Complaint 3. In order to abide by social distancing set by CDC, employer has moved employee lunch table to into the warehouse from inside Break room. This puts employees in forklift traffic area, risking being struck by while eating.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 1
