1. The employer is allowing customers to enter the store without mask. Customers are told they have to purchase a mask, so they walk through the store to look for the aisle with the masks.2. The employer has told employees that as of October 1, 2020 all employees will be held accountable for attendance knowing the epidemic is still affecting attendance. They have a four-point system. Four points for attendance and you are terminated.
3. The employer is not ensuring common work areas are being cleaned and sanitized, especially for the on-line order prep area.
4. The employer ran out of wipes and just stopped sanitizing.
5. The employer has had multiple employees test positive, without informing other employees. Some were sent home sick and later tested positive, employees were not notified.
