1. Employee are no longer required to enter through a specified door in order to get their temperatures checked each day.
2. Temperatures are only being checked for employees who volunteer to get checked.
3. Safety measures such as the following are not being done:
-Associates are no longer monitoring the number of shoppers who are entering the building.
-There is no "one- in, one-out" rule being maintained.
-The store is not operating at half capacity.
-No one is adhering to the social distancing guidelines once people are in the store.
-Employees are still processing returns from customers without disinfecting items before they are being put on the shelf.
4. Staff are not required to appropriately disinfect the store. Employees volunteer and only seldom disinfect.
5. Handsets and walkies that are being used by associates each day are not being thoroughly sanitized.
6. An employee tested positive for COVID, other associates were not informed, and the employee was expected to continue working.
7. Sick associates are expected to come into work due to understaffing.
