1. State mask laws are not enforced by management for employees. Employees are constantly not wearing masks around management and are not asked to wear a mask or disciplined when found not wearing masks. This is a trend seen at most FedEx Express facilities. At the Grand Rapids location, it is the worst with the PM drivers and Fork Lift Drivers in particular, even though several employees have voiced concerns.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-09-21
