1. Complainant states that employer is not enforcing Covid-19 policies and procedures, when in breakroom no masks, no social distancing and no sanitizer. Breakroom cleaned twice during the day. No mask or social distancing while in the back of store. Associates that may have exposed to the virus are not wearing masks and following protocol are showing up for work. Employees who show symptoms must go to the store to be tested. Store is only requiring 10 day quarantine.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
