The employer did not communicate with employees regarding the hazard of COVID-19. The employer did not notify maintenance employees that two coworkers tested positive for COVID-19. The mechanics told their coworkers directly.

2. T8 CCR 3366(b)
The employer did not ensure that washing facilities in the maintenance building were maintained in good working order. The sink in the locker room is stopped up, and there is nowhere for mechanics to wash their hands. They must go through multiple doors through two other rooms to wash their hands in a break room.
