1. Failure to comply with the mandate for employees to wear face coverings. Some employees are wearing face coverings below their chin and others not wearing face coverings at all.2. Failure to comply with social distancing measures by maintaining a minimum six-foot distance between employees in public spaces.
3. No effective protocols have been developed by the employer to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
4. Several employees tested positive for COVID-19 and no sanitization of work areas is been enforced.
