T8 CCR 3203(a)(4) The employer is not complying with COVID-19 guidance including:
Sanitizing vehicles (delivery trucks and 18 wheelers) used by employees who tested positive for COVID-19.
No regular cleaning of the facility.
No enforcement of mask wearing.
No having an adequate amount of sanitizing supplies.
