1. Fire exits and fire exit paths are blocked by large items, such as pallets, totes, boxes, and a conveyor belt, preventing employees to safely exit in case of an emergency.
2. Management was informed of the blocked exits and path and responded that he knows. Corrective actions were not taken.

Advertising a rechargeable, USB ported, electric plasma, lighter that requires no fuel, only electricity I got a cheap China torch lighter in the instructions are in the size of a credit card and it is all in Chinese writing.
