1621 West Jefferson Street, Plymouth, 46563 Indiana, United States

One employee came into contact with one of her family members who has unfortunately been infected with COVID-19. The employee stated yesterday to our boss that she was in his company throughout all day Friday. Today (Saturday) is when her relative found out he had the virus. The employee goes to inform the boss that she has most likely came into contact with the virus and her boss goes on to tell her that she still needs to come in regardless unless she can find a replacement for her shift. The employee ended up having to work her shift, which in turn potentially exposed everyone else who was working that night to the virus. The management at this workplace isn't taking the proper precautions for COVID-19 and it's starting to show even more since this isn't the first time the employer has had the health department contacted on them.

I did not order a package that I received from Heather Mottysy. There was 2 identical items in it that I think was some kind of arm or elbow brace but they were thin and cheaply made. The material even had a strong odor to them.
