1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to persons/patrons wearing face coverings while in the Employer's establishment.2. A plastic partition has been placed between registers to allow two cashiers to utilize the registers. However, this also has the employer not complying with the Governor?s COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees and the public. There is less than six feet between both employees utilizing the space.
