T8CCR 3203(a)(4)- After an employee tested positive for COVID-19, the store contact traced other employees to place on leave and get tested, but management at this store did not wait for employees to present a negative test result or allow 2 weeks of paid time off to make sure employees did not develop COVID-19 symptoms. Essentially, workers returned to work before knowing if they were COVID-19 negative which creates an extremely hazardous work environment for everyone.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
