1. The employer is not following CDC guidelines regarding to the use of facemasks or face coverings, only one reusable cloth mask was provided by the company to each employee.Applicable OSHA standard(s): Section 5(a)(1) General Duty Clause of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, 1910.132
2. Employees are required to perform duties behind the counter and bar area that becomes crowded at times. The close quarters in the work area require employees to be within 6 feet of each other. The employer is not following CDC guidelines regarding maintaining 6 feet of social distancing.

3. The employer is not following CDC guidelines in regards to informing employees of workers who have tested positive for Covid-19. An employee tested positive and the coworkers were not informed.
