1. T8 CCR 3203(a)(3), (4) & (6)The employer did not identify and control the hazard from COVID-19 in the workplace. The employer did not isolate and/or arrange for testing for employees who may have been exposed to multiple employees who have tested positive for COVID-19. The employer did not communicate with employees about an employee on the night shift who tested positive for COVID-19 and was away from work for several weeks, returning to work on or about 7/28/20. The employer did not clean and disinfect shared work areas and equipment where the infected employee worked.
