The following step is not adequately taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace and protect employees working in the area:1. Employees are permitted to work without wearing the face coverings required by the MN Executive Order. Note: face coverings must cover mouth and nose not just mouth.
2. Customers are allowed in the store without a face covering, putting employees at risk.
