Proper sanitation of the workplace is not conducted after several Covid-19 cases continue to be confirmed. Sanitation stopped but cases continue to increase. An employee with Covid-19 like symptoms was instructed to keep working which is against the CDC and OSHA guidelines. Due to the nature of the work is difficult to maintain a six foot distance therefore cases continue to increase.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 300
