1. There were three confirmed carriers of Covid-19 active in the building as of 06/25/2020.2. The use of face mask and the 6 feet social distance has not been maintained through the warehouse.
3. Thermal camera monitors are in place but if an employee's temperature exceeds 100 degrees they are stopped and given the opportunity to cool down and attempt to pass again, however the thermal cameras aren't consistently monitored so employee's with high temperatures are able to pass through without detection.
