1. Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that the employer has not implemented precautions such as social distancing. Furthermore, it was alleged that there are situations, such as, but not limited to, the morning meeting where employees are within six feet of each other where there is a readily available alternative.
