1. Servers are not wearing face masks as required during the pandemic. 2. Employees who are sick and symptomatic are being allowed to work without wearing face masks. 3. Employees are not washing their hands after handling dirty dishes. The sinks have had only cold water for more than two days. 4. An employee recently tested positive for COVID-19, but no cleaning was done and no employees quarantined after being exposed. 5. Customers are not required to wear face masks, which could expose employees to the virus. 6.
