Coronavirus For the last 4 days I’ve had symptoms that might be COVID-19, Collegeville, IL, USA

So I thought hard about this before posting, but I think the more transparency we have out there the better. For the last 4 days I’ve had symptoms that might be COVID-19. Headache, General Achiness, Slight Tightness in Chest, Mild Difficulty Breathing/Swallowing, a Mild Loss of Smell/Taste, and Chills/Heat flashes. No measurable fever but I rarely get them even with the flu and other illnesses, so that may be just my physiology. The good news (and to save some worry from my followers) today I’m already feeling much better so if it is COVID-19, it has so far been just a mild case. Indeed it could just be a cold. The CHALLENGE here is, without insisting on a test, there is no way of knowing.
